In this context, the UE has considered that Intelligent Transport Systems applied to transport can help in reducing congestions and accidents.

Mvía projet fits within the measures of "Promotion of Spanish Tecnological platforms" in the scope of the science matters.

What are Mvía contributions to the transport?

• Mvía pretends to apply ICT communications technological and models of services to the road transport.

• Mvía aims to enhance the application of the communicatios incorporating mobile and wireless networks technologies in road safety, contributing to an added-value like information, entertaiment, support for professional vehicles, comfort and traffic optimization.

Mvía wants to achieve technology and knowledge to improve road transport, changing the roads and the vehicles into an intelligent environment.
